Shipping Time Frame
We ship within the United States via US Postal Service. Orders will typically ship within 3-4 business days.
Business days include Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please return your purchase to us within 7 days for a refund of your purchase price, I'm sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs unless an incorrect item was shipped to you. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you let us know why you are not happy with the product so that we can work to make the product better.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
